Haru is your typical highly energetic yet eccentric girl but she isn’t that blunt as she is very intelligent, contrast to what cheerful girl stereotype normally are.
She also loves kids the reason why she met Tsuna and the gang in the first place. She believes babies and kids are pure and innocent (which is true) and even compares them to angels. She initially adored Reborn, but after she was saved by Tsuna, she diverted her adoration towards him instead. She loves children and is usually the one babysit Lambo and I-Pin.
Haru has a tendency to jump to wild conclusions, especially if have something to do with Tsuna. Her extent of imagination is really outrageous and very funny, Tsuna always reject her bizarre thinking nevertheless she is true friend to him.
I don’t know if Haru is aware that Tsuna likes Kyoko but in Haru’s actions she doesn’t mind at all. Instead of competing with her, she shares her likings to cakes with Kyoko and seems a very good friend to her.
